Role Description
This full-time, on-site role as a Reservation Executive is based in Porvorim/ Candolim. The primary responsibilities include managing accommodation bookings, ensuring excellent customer service, coordinating with guests regarding reservations, and addressing inquiries promptly. The role will also involve supporting sales efforts, maintaining accurate booking records, and working collaboratively with the team to meet customer expectations.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and ensure satisfaction
- OTA experience -Optimization , Escalations , Reviews
- Experience with Reservations and Customer Satisfaction processes, including a proven ability to handle guest inquiries and bookings
- Sales expertise to drive bookings and promote the range of available properties
- Proficiency in computer systems and reservation platforms, with strong organizational skills
- Prior hospitality or tourism industry experience is desirable
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate clients in different time zones
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
