Roles and Responsibilities:
· Manage bookings and reservations using Indecab software
· Coordinate with internal and attached drivers for trip allocations
· Ensure seamless communication with drivers, customers, and team members
· Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
· Meet sales targets and promote our travel services
· Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Must-Have:
· 1+ year experience in the travel industry, specifically in ticketing and booking
· Proficiency in Indecab software
· Excellent communication skills in Kannada, English, Hindi, and Tamil
· Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
· Knowledge of other travel software and systems
· Experience in handling corporate travel bookings
