Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservation Executive based in Coimbatore. The Reservation Executive will handle customer interactions with professionalism, manage reservations processes efficiently, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include coordinating bookings, responding to inquiries, resolving service-related issues, and supporting sales initiatives to meet company goals.
Qualifications
- We are looking for intermediate candidate 6 months to 2 years experience is must in same domain.
- Strong Communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers.
- Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to address client needs and resolve inquiries promptly.
- Proficiency in managing Reservations and ensuring a smooth booking process.
- Sales skills with the ability to support and contribute to revenue generation.
- Managing Airport transfers.
- End to end taking care of the branch.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Good command in English & local language is mandate.
