Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Researcher / Online Investigator based in Noida. The role involves conducting detailed online research and investigations to assist legal proceedings, drafting reports, and providing analysis on gathered information. The Researcher will also monitor trends in relevant fields, ensure accurate documentation, and collaborate with legal teams to provide assistance on various cases. The role may include gathering intelligence from publicly available sources and verifying the credibility of information.
Qualifications
- Research and Analytical Skills: Proficient in conducting detailed online investigations, analyzing data, and interpreting findings accurately.
- Written Communication and Documentation: Strong proficiency in drafting detailed, clear, and comprehensive reports, and maintaining accurate records of findings.
- Legal Knowledge and Context Awareness: Understanding of Intellectual Property, Technology Laws, and other relevant legal frameworks is preferred but not mandatory.
- Technical Competencies: Familiarity with digital tools, online databases, and other investigative technology platforms.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Criminology, Information Technology, or a related area, with prior experience in online investigations or legal research.
- Additional Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
