Company Description Universe Invedors is a technology and digital product company specializing in production-grade applications, games, AI platforms, cloud systems, and immersive 3D experiences. The team works across AI and generative AI, cross-platform Flutter applications, Unity-based AR/VR/MR and metaverse solutions, full-stack backend and cloud deployment, and advanced 3D visualization for web and XR platforms. The company manages the entire product lifecycle, from concept and architecture to UI/UX, development, integration, testing, deployment, and monetization. It is building a shared ecosystem where multiple apps and games connect to a secure master backend with centralized authentication, data, analytics, AI services, and administration. Role Description The Researcher role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Researcher will investigate emerging technologies in AI, generative AI, LLMs, intelligent agents, XR, cloud systems, and 3D visualization to support new and existing products. Day-to-day tasks include conducting literature and market research, analyzing technical trends, preparing reports and briefs, and generating insights that inform product strategy, architecture, and feature design. The role involves collaborating with engineering, design, and product teams to validate concepts, define requirements, and help shape experiments, prototypes, and proof-of-concept solutions. The Researcher will also document methodologies, maintain research repositories, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing for continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Strong research skills, including literature review, data gathering, analysis, and synthesis across technology and product domains.
- Experience or academic background in AI, machine learning, generative AI, or intelligent systems, with the ability to explore LLMs and agent-based architectures.
- Familiarity with software, app, or game development ecosystems (e.g., mobile, web, XR) and an understanding of product lifecycles and digital platforms.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly, prepare structured reports and presentations, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities, with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail in evaluating technologies and solutions.
- Comfort working on-site in a collaborative environment in the Greater Kolkata Area, with a proactive, self-directed approach to exploring new topics.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
