We are looking for a Business Analyst to support large transformation initiatives by ensuring data accuracy, validation, and process improvement.
The role involves data mapping, cleansing, and verification, along with conducting secondary research and company Profiling.
Good proficiency in Excel Strong analytical skills Firmographic knowledge and data interpretation.
Key experience we value:
- In-depth research and data analysis for global clients, validating firmographic and client data using tier-1 third-party sources to ensure high accuracy.
- Building logical associations across datasets to support account mapping, segmentation, and client intelligence for downstream business decisions.
- Managing and governing client and account data within global reporting and CRM platforms, ensuring integrity, standardization, and audit readiness.
- Supporting sales and stakeholder teams with clean, reliable, and timely data through proactive communication, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement.
- Ownership of end-to-end data lifecycle management, including validations, enhancements, and day-to-day data updates aligned with SLAs and quality metrics.
- Experience in team leadership: performing data quality checks, peer reviews, and taking ownership of team delivery and performance.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with research, sales enablement, and operations teams to ensure accurate account intelligence and improved client targeting.
