Role Description
As a Research Scientist (Mental Health) at Freudia™, you will focus on designing, conducting, and analyzing clinical studies to further our understanding of mental health challenges and interventions. Your primary responsibilities will include data collection, developing research methodologies, presenting findings, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru, India.
Qualifications
- Expertise in research methodology, experimental design, and statistical analysis
- Experience in mental health, psychology, or behavioral sciences research
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Data management and proficiency in software tools related to quantitative and qualitative research
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to publish findings in peer-reviewed journals
- Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
- Ph.D. in Psychology, Psychiatry, Neuroscience, or a related field
- Familiarity with digital health platforms or technology-driven mental health interventions is a plus
