About the Role
ME100 is looking for a Research Scientist to work on human biology, blood biomarkers, preventive health, and longevity-focused health intelligence.
This is not a wet-lab role.
The role focuses on evaluating scientific and clinical evidence, understanding relationships between biomarkers and human health, and translating research into clinically responsible, easy-to-understand health insights.
Responsibilities
- Research and evaluate blood biomarkers related to aging, inflammation, metabolism, cardiovascular health, hormones, nutrition, and disease risk.
- Review clinical studies, scientific literature, and human health datasets.
- Validate biomarker relevance, relationships, ratios, reference ranges, and physiological pathways.
- Support the development and improvement of blood test panels and preventive health insights.
- Translate complex scientific evidence into structured, understandable health information.
- Evaluate the strength, limitations, and clinical plausibility of health-related claims.
- Work closely with clinicians, laboratories, product, AI, and technology teams.
- Maintain scientific documentation and evidence supporting ME100's health insights and product logic.
- Identify areas where available scientific evidence is limited, conflicting, or requires clinical review.
Requirements
- PhD / MD or strong research background in Biochemistry, Human Physiology, Biomedical Sciences, Molecular Medicine, Clinical Biochemistry, Translational Medicine, Biotechnology, or related life sciences.
- 2–4 years of relevant research or industry experience.
- Strong understanding of human blood biomarkers and physiology.
- Experience reviewing scientific literature and clinical research.
- Ability to critically evaluate scientific evidence rather than only summarize research papers.
- Strong analytical and scientific writing skills.
- Interest in preventive health, longevity, human aging, metabolic health, and health technology.
- Ability to communicate complex science clearly to non-scientific teams.
Important Context
- This is not a laboratory or wet-lab research position.
- The work is focused on human clinical evidence, blood biomarkers, scientific validation, clinical safety, plausibility, and educational framing.
- This position is full-time and on-site in New Delhi.
