Role Description
This is an on-site contract role for a Junior Research Officer (Clinical Trials) at ProClin Research Private Limited, located in Faridkot. The Junior Research Officer will assist in the design, coordination, and execution of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with protocols and regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing data, preparing reports, conducting literature reviews, and communicating findings effectively with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires strong collaboration skills to work alongside clinical teams to ensure the accurate and timely completion of trial tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Statistical analysis
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey research findings clearly
- Proficiency in Report Writing to produce clear and comprehensive documentation
- Experience with Research methodologies and processes in clinical trial settings
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Life Sciences, Clinical Research, Public Health)
- Knowledge of ethical guidelines and regulations in clinical trials is an advantage
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team setting
