Essential
- Master’s in Public Health (MPH), Allied Sciences, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in the health sector.
- Proficiency in English and fluency in Kannada (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel for fieldwork at short notice.
Desirable:
- Experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Strong computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; experience with statistical tools like SPSS, EPI Info, or similar.
- Excellent analytical and writing capabilities.
- Experience in team coordination and facilitation.
- Prior involvement in training and capacity building is an added advantage.
Remuneration:
Commensurate with qualifications and experience. Negotiable for suitable candidates.
