SOCH Foundation is a nonprofit organization working towards community development, mental health awareness, and supporting underprivileged groups through impactful on-ground initiatives.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and purpose-driven individual to lead Research Mobilization efforts. This role involves identifying opportunities, building partnerships, and driving programs that create measurable social impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop CSR partnership opportunities through research and outreach
- Build and maintain relationships with corporates, donors, and partners
- Plan and execute awareness and outreach programs
- Lead fundraising initiatives, campaigns, and events
- Conduct field research to identify community needs and program opportunities
- Support proposal creation, reporting, and impact documentation
Requirements:
- Strong interest in social work and development sector
- Excellent communication, networking, and research skills
- Ability to take ownership and work independently
- Organized, proactive, and target-driven mindset
- Prior experience in CSR, NGOs, fundraising, or partnerships is a plus
