We are seeking a highly accomplished Research Manager in AI/ML to lead cutting-edge research initiatives and drive innovation at the intersection of academia and industry. The ideal candidate will hold a PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field, with a strong record of peer-reviewed publications and demonstrated experience translating research into real-world impact.
This role requires both deep technical expertise and research leadership, with the ability to guide teams and define research strategy to oversee publication of manuscripts that align with the target conference/journal objectives.
Required Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related discipline.
- Strong academic research background with publications in reputed venues and peer-reviewed journals
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience with 3 or more of the following domains:
- AI/ML and Programming
- LLMs, NLP, and Applied AI
- Systems Architecture & Integration
- Cloud, Data & Infrastructure
- Experimentation, Safety & Governance
- Software Engineering & DevOps
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on ML for code (e.g., CodeBERT, GraphCodeBERT).
- Background in enterprise AI deployment and production-scale systems.
- Prior experience in interdisciplinary or industry-academic collaborations.
