ICVA works at the intersection of corporates, employee engagement, and social impact. As part of an ongoing research initiative, ICVA is building a knowledge repository on corporate volunteering in India to help companies strengthen participation, program design, and impact measurement.
Research Intern (Corporate Research & Case Studies)
Role Overview
This role focuses on understanding how companies design and implement employee volunteering programs through primary and secondary research, and developing structured case studies on corporate volunteering models and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
· Support outreach and coordination for structured conversations with CSR and HR teams in companies
- Capture insights on volunteering participation models, program formats, governance structures, and challenges
- Conduct secondary research using CSR reports, sustainability disclosures, and public sources
- Develop concise case studies documenting corporate volunteering initiatives and best practices
- Organise research findings into trackers, summaries, and presentations
