Role Description
This is an internship role for a Research Intern. Located on-site in Chennai, the Research Intern will assist with conducting research, analyzing data, preparing reports, and contributing to collaborative projects within the organization's specialized fields. Additional responsibilities include staying updated on emerging trends, participating in discussions, and supporting the development of technical and analytical solutions. Interns will have the opportunity to work closely with researchers and industry experts, gaining hands-on experience in bioenergy, techno-economic assessments, and sustainability practices.
Qualifications
- Research skills, including data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Basic understanding of bioenergy, life cycle assessment, and sustainability concepts
- Proficiency in using tools and software for data analysis and modeling
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently
- Passion for innovation, problem-solving, and environmental sustainability
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant academic program, such as Engineering, Environmental Science, or related fields
- Experience in research methodologies or prior knowledge in techno-economic analysis is an advantage
