Role Description
This full-time, on-site Research Coordinator role is based in Mumbai and focuses on supporting a neuropsychological assessment study. Responsibilities include coordinating research activities, overseeing data collection processes, maintaining compliance with Institutional Review Board (IRB) guidelines, and supporting investigators with research protocols. Additional tasks involve collaborating with study participants, facilitating communication between teams, and ensuring high-quality data for analysis.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for data evaluation and problem-solving.
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with participants, families, and research teams.
- Experience in Research and Data Collection methodologies specific to psychology and brain health studies.
- Familiarity with Institutional Review Board (IRB) processes and maintaining research compliance.
- Organizational and time management skills to efficiently coordinate study timelines and documentation.
- Proficiency in standard research software tools or statistical applications is an advantage.
- Background in neuropsychology, geropsychology, or related fields is preferred, with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, or a relevant discipline.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team environment with a focus on precision and empathy.
