Rooted in India and connected globally, the Foundation brings together science, medicine and the humanities to understand how people think, learn, make decisions and live. Its work includes research, policy briefs, educational resources and practical programmes that strengthen human capability, wellbeing and dignity, with particular attention to the needs and realities of the Global South.
Role Description

The role also involves coordinating the study platform, maintaining datasets and documentation, protecting study blinding and confidentiality, and supporting analysis and manuscript preparation.
Alongside the study, the Research Associate will contribute to Masthishkam Foundation’s wider activities, including research syntheses, policy briefs, proposals, partner communications and programme coordination.
