Job Description:
- Should possess strong verbal & written communication skills for conducting telephone interviews using CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing) system. Conduct research across various industries, including Healthcare, IT, Telecom, and Finance, Manufacturing, Retail & E-commerce, Energy & Utilities and many more.
- Conduct cold calls to initiate contact and gather valuable market data from potential Respondents.
- Utilize outreach methods such as LinkedIn, emails, and other platforms to connect with and engage target audiences
- Document and collect research findings into a detailed and comprehensive database.
- Conduct or align In-depth Interviews (IDIs) to gain detailed insights and a deep understanding of specific market segments
- Demonstrate strong navigational skills to gather relevant information from secondary sources, including forums and review websites, to support research projects
