Job Description:

1. Should possess strong verbal & written communication skills for conducting telephone interviews using CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing) system. Conduct research across various industries, including Healthcare, IT, Telecom, and Finance, Manufacturing, Retail & E-commerce, Energy & Utilities and many more.
2. Conduct cold calls to initiate contact and gather valuable market data from potential Respondents.
3. Utilize outreach methods such as LinkedIn, emails, and other platforms to connect with and engage target audiences
4. Document and collect research findings into a detailed and comprehensive database.
5. Conduct or align In-depth Interviews (IDIs) to gain detailed insights and a deep understanding of specific market segments
6. Demonstrate strong navigational skills to gather relevant information from secondary sources, including forums and review websites, to support research projects
