New Horizons Child Development Centre, introduced for the first time in India the concept and practice of self-funded inter-disciplinary, measurable and outcome based rehabilitation where each child gets individual evaluation and intervention in a comprehensive, scientifically planned and documented manner.
NHCDC is one of the largest multi-disciplinary, comprehensive and integrated child development centres in India.
Founded in 2003, with currently 7 centres across India and 1 online division, NHCDC offers developmental services under one roof through a inter-disciplinary team headed by a Developmental Paediatrician.
Job Title : Junior Research Associate
Function: Clinical Role Purpose: To lead, manage and deliver high profile research and development work and support colleagues for research within the department and the Organisation related but not limited to New Horizons’ Clinical data
To plan and execute publications related to the above.
To write and follow up for grants and research projects.
To provide effective leadership and oversight of a range of programmes and projects across New Horizons Foundation.
To proactively generate funds and business development opportunities and build relationships with key funders, partners and decision-makers.
To manage free OPD and services and advocacy as per the aims and objectives of the Foundation Reporting To: Founder Director and Associate Director Location: Centres of New Horizons Education: Master’s in Public Health Experience (in years): Minimum 3 to 4 years of total experience in fund raising, team management and research.
Role Description Responsibilities
- Responsible for all research projects, from initial identification, investigation, concept development and planning to implementation. deliver cost effective solutions.
- Contributing to multiple research projects simultaneously.
- Guide and lead the team of Fellow- Developmental Paediatricians, Research Associates and Interns.
- Set new strategic objectives related to long term research & fund generation and management plans.
- Grow and manage NHF team, set and monitor team objectives, include their training requirements and performance management.
- Ensure compliance as per industry standards.
- Working with Interns to maintain and construct database.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure confidentiality of the database.
