Position Title: Research Associate Intern
Experience: Fresher- 6 months
Location: FITT IIT Delhi, New Delhi
Reporting to: Head – MD/COO
Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Research Associate Intern to support our research and analysis initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a keen interest in market and business research, and the ability to synthesize information into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct primary and secondary research on industry trends, markets, and competitors
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions
- Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries of research findings
- Undertake exceptional analytical and writing skills
- Assist in developing research frameworks, surveys, and questionnaires
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand research requirements
- Maintain organized documentation of research data and sources
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in MBA, Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Fresher to 0–6 months of relevant experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional analytical and writing skills
- Good critical thinking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualities:
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn
- Attention to detail
- Basic understanding of market research concepts and tools
