Role Description
The Research Associate Intern will support the team in identifying and analyzing prospective leadership candidates for various roles. Responsibilities include conducting industry-specific research, sourcing profiles, maintaining the candidate database, and preparing detailed candidate assessments. The position will also involve collaborating with the team to develop insights for clients and assisting in managing the search process end-to-end. This is a full-time, on-site internship based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications
B.Tech/BBA/MBA from good college/ university
- Research and Analytical Skills: Strong capability to conduct in-depth research on industries, companies, and leadership trends while analyzing and interpreting data.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create clear and insightful candidate reports.
- Organizational Skills: High attention to detail with the ability to manage and organize data efficiently within a database.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Proficient in working collaboratively with a team and contributing to collective goals.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and any CRM or database management tools is a plus.
- Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
- Passion for Talent Search: Demonstrated interest or experience in executive search, recruitment, or talent management is an advantage.
