Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and analytical professional with prior exposure to the CSR or development sector to support consulting, advisory and research assignments across impact assessments, baseline studies, evaluations, programme documentation and CSR strategy support. The role involves end-to-end support across proposal development, research design, data analysis, reporting and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Consulting, Research & Advisory support
- Development of technical proposals, consulting frameworks, methodologies, ToC frameworks and sampling approaches.
- Conduct secondary research and sectoral analysis
- Assist in designing quantitative and qualitative research tools
Field Research & Data Management
- Coordinate and support field studies, surveys, FGDs and KIIs
- Manage, clean and analyse datasets using Excel/SPSS/STATA (preferred)
- Ensure data quality, triangulation and interpretation of findings
Reporting & Documentation
- Contribute to preparation of:
- Impact assessment reports
- Baseline/end-line studies
- Presentations and executive summaries
- Case studies and knowledge documents
· Translate data and field insights into actionable recommendations and advisory insights.
Coordination
- Coordinate with clients, thematic experts, field teams and implementation partners
- Support project documentation and timeline management
Required Skills
- Understanding of CSR and social development sector
- Strong analytical, writing and presentation skills
- Familiarity with research methodologies and data collection tools (Kobo/ODK/Google Forms)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in Canva, report designing, presentation formatting or data visualization will be an added advantage
- Familiarity with AI tools, dashboards or MIS platforms preferred
Educational Qualification
Postgraduate degree in:
- Development Studies
- Rural Management
- Social Work (MSW)
- Public Policy
- Economics
- Sociology
- or related disciplines
Preferred Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in:
- CSR consulting and advisory assignments
- Research / M&E assignments
- Impact assessments or development sector projects
- Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-project environment
- Willingness to travel for field assignments when required
