About the Company
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion and curiosity for research. This candidate should be able to conduct experiments to supplement work when necessary and analyze various points of data to establish findings. This candidate should also have hands on experience in MS office and AI assistants.
About the Role
Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth market mapping and talent research across sectors and functions
Identify and profile potential candidates through databases, LinkedIn, and other research tools
Support the development of longlists and shortlists for active search mandates
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM/database
Assist in preparing candidate summaries, briefing documents, and client reports
Collaborate with consultants to understand client requirements and search strategy
Stay informed on industry trends, talent movements, and market intelligence
Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent degree
- 1 - 2 years of work experience
Required Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong work ethic and passion for research subject
Strong communication, analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong research, analytical, and organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Hindi proficiency an advantage)
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and CRM tools is a plus
A curious, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Prior experience in executive search, HR consulting, or related research roles is advantageous but not essential for the right candidate
