Job Title: Research Associate (Interviewer)
Location - Noida 135
Shift - US Shift (Full Time)
Key Responsibilities:
- Taking/ Answering calls and collect opinion of US based respondents as per the project assigned
- Need to take care of data collection services and adhere to company policies
- Need to maintain professionalism & telephonic etiquettes
- Need to maintain individual performance report and share it daily
- Need to adhere to the instructions given by reporting manager/Leader
Qualifications & Skills:
- Excellent written and spoken English communication.
- Strong analytical and secondary research skills.
- Proficient in telephone etiquette and professional conduct.
- Comfortable with internet browsing and online tools.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- 1+ years of minimum experience
- Saturday and Sundays fixed off.
Salary- 30K - 35K
