Role Description
This is a contract-based, on-site role for a Research Associate located in Dwarka, New Delhi. The Research Associate will be responsible for conducting in-depth research, analyzing medical and scientific data, preparing comprehensive reports, and assisting in medical curriculum development. Additional responsibilities include supporting ongoing projects, collaborating with teams, maintaining databases, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with established standards.
Qualifications
- Research and Analytical Skills: Strong research capabilities, data analysis, and ability to review medical and scientific materials.
- Writing and Documentation: Proficiency in writing research reports, preparing documents, and creating presentations.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with statistical tools, data management software, and medical databases is a plus.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Educational Background: A degree in Medicine, Life Sciences, Public Health, or related fields is required; advanced qualifications (e.g., MPH, MSc, or PhD) are preferred.
- Professional Attributes: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and time management skills; ability to work under deadlines.
- Familiarity with healthcare and medical education systems in India is an added advantage.
