Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Associate Researcher. The Associate Researcher will be responsible for conducting preclinical research activities, assisting with laboratory experiments, and supporting drug testing and development processes. Day-to-day tasks include preparing samples, performing data analysis, maintaining laboratory equipment, and compiling reports. The role also involves ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and contributing to customized R&D services.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in techniques related to Toxicology, Efficacy, Safety, and Eco-Toxicity studies
- Knowledge and experience in Clinical Pathology, Histopathology, and Hematology
- Strong understanding of Laboratory Animal Breeding, Veterinary Research, and related laboratory operations
- Skills in data analysis, reporting, and delivering high-quality research documentation
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to adhere to standard operating procedures and regulatory guidelines
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacology, or related fields
- Experience in preclinical or clinical research is preferred
