Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute synthesis schemes to create new molecules, under the supervision of senior researchers
- Troubleshoot experiments independently and analyze data accurately
- Collaborate effectively with the Synthesis Group and cross-functional partner teams
- Present research plans and ongoing progress at bi-weekly group meetings
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree (M.Sc.) in Organic Chemistry
- A strong academic track record in organic chemistry research — university research experience with substantial exposure to the synthesis of small organic molecules is highly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Business level)
- Highly organized, with strong goal-setting skills and the ability to manage multiple experiments/tasks simultaneously
