Role OverviewWe are looking for a Research Associate who can dive deep into the internet, extract meaningful information, and turn it into clean, structured data.
This is not a recruitment role. Your focus will be on research, data discovery, and accuracy, supporting insurance-related operations and business workflows.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct detailed online research on individuals, businesses, and industry data
- Collect and organize information related to insurance leads, prospects, and companies
- Validate and verify data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy
- Build structured databases and maintain data quality
- Perform market and competitor research within the insurance industry
- Use search techniques, tools, and AI platforms to uncover hard-to-find information
- Support internal teams with reliable research outputs for decision-making

Preferred (Not Mandatory)- Experience in research, data entry, or backend operations
- Familiarity with US market or insurance-related research
- Exposure to AI tools or automation tools
