Role Description
We are seeking full-time Research Assistants/Intervention Assistants for an on-site role located in Shajapur, Madhya Pradesh. The responsibilities include data collection, supporting intervention implementation in primary care clinics like PHC and/or SHC, maintaining documentation, supporting data management, and ensuring accurate reporting. The role is for an NIHR-UK funded project 'MANTHAN' and involves coordinating with team members, communicating with relevant stakeholders at health systems, and preparing reports related to research outcomes.
Eligibility
- Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Data Analysis.
- Experience with Research methodologies and techniques.
- Effective Communication skills for engaging with team members and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Laboratory Skills and maintaining data records.
- Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and problem-solving skills.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field like Psychology, Public Health, or Social Sciences.
- Previous experience in mental health or community-based research is an advantage.
- Ownership of bike/scotty and a valid driving license.
