Position Title: Research Associate Intern

Experience: Fresher- 6 months

Location: FITT IIT Delhi, New Delhi

Reporting to: Head – MD/COO

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Research Associate Intern to support our research and analysis initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a keen interest in market and business research, and the ability to synthesize information into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct primary and secondary research on industry trends, markets, and competitors
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions
• Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries of research findings
• Undertake exceptional analytical and writing skills
• Assist in developing research frameworks, surveys, and questionnaires
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand research requirements
• Maintain organized documentation of research data and sources

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in MBA, Management, Marketing, Economics or a related field
• Fresher to 0–6 months of relevant experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional analytical and writing skills
• Good critical thinking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualities:

• Curiosity and eagerness to learn
• Attention to detail
• Basic understanding of market research concepts and tools
