Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Research Assistant based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Research Assistant will conduct thorough research on various topics, analyze data, and prepare comprehensive reports to support business operations. The role involves managing and maintaining accurate data sets, developing insights, and collaborating with teams to communicate findings effectively. Additional responsibilities include supporting projects requiring precise analysis, leveraging laboratory or technical tools, and assisting with cross-functional studies.
Qualifications
- Strong Research and Analytical Skills to uncover trends, gather insights, and solve complex problems
- Excellent Communication and collaboration skills for effectively presenting findings and updates
- Proficiency in Data Analysis to generate reports, statistics, and actionable insights
- Understanding or experience with Laboratory Skills, especially in technical or experimental setups (if applicable to the role)
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and in teams
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as social sciences, business, statistics, or a related discipline
- Previous experience with compliance, corporate research, or global advisory is a plus
