About the RoleWe are looking for driven and innovative individuals with hands-on experience in Perovskite and Solar technologies to join our fast-growing technical team in Manesar. As a Solar & Perovskite Tech Innovator, you will play a crucial role in advancing next-generation photovoltaic technology, contributing directly to cutting-edge research, development and operational workflows in renewable energy.
Key Responsibilities- R&D & Fabrication: Assist in the fabrication, testing, and optimization of perovskite-based solar cells/modules.
- Material Characterization: Conduct physical, chemical, and optoelectronic testing of materials used in solar technology.
- Data Analysis: Analyze test data, monitor efficiency metrics and document experimental results to improve cell performance and stability.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to streamline fabrication processes and prototype development.
- Lab Maintenance: Maintain laboratory equipment, ensure safe chemical handling and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications & Key Requirements- Education: B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc in Chemical Engineering, Material Science & Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or Environmental Science.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience specifically in the Perovskite/Solar field.
- Joining: Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
- Core Competencies: Strong foundational knowledge of solar photovoltaics, material synthesis, and laboratory safety protocols.
