Role Description The Research Assistant role at Fude Developments is a full-time remote position supporting research initiatives related to AI-powered applications, learning platforms, and smart management systems. Day-to-day tasks include conducting structured and exploratory research, gathering and organizing data from multiple sources, and performing basic data analysis to support product and feature development. The Research Assistant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify research questions, prepare clear documentation and summaries, and contribute to reports and presentations. The role also involves assisting with testing prototypes, tracking research outcomes, and maintaining accurate records to enable informed decision-making.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Research and Analytical Skills to design studies, evaluate information, and draw clear, data-backed conclusions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present findings, prepare reports, and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Data Analysis skills, including the ability to work with datasets, interpret results, and use basic analytical tools or software.
- Candidates should possess relevant Laboratory Skills if supporting experimental or applied research environments, including careful documentation and adherence to procedures.
- Familiarity with AI concepts, software or web technologies, and digital platforms is beneficial.
