Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Research Assistant. The Research Assistant will be responsible for conducting in-depth research, analyzing data, and producing comprehensive reports to support business objectives. Key responsibilities include utilizing analytical tools, performing data analysis, assisting with project development, maintaining laboratory or digital research protocols (if applicable), and providing clear and concise communication of findings to internal teams. Collaboration across departments will be essential to ensure alignment with business needs and deliver actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis capabilities to handle and interpret complex data effectively
- Proficiency in Research and Laboratory Skills for thorough and accurate investigations
- Excellent Communication and reporting skills to articulate findings clearly
- High attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup while collaborating with diverse teams
- Proficiency in relevant research tools and software is an advantage
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Science, Data Analytics, or Research Methodology is preferred
- Experience within finance, legal, or technology domains is a plus but not mandatory
