Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Research Assistant based in New Delhi. The Research Assistant will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, performing laboratory experiments, and contributing to the development of new products. Additional tasks include gathering, organizing, and interpreting data, preparing reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support R&D initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Research and Analytical Skills to collect, evaluate, and synthesize data effectively
- Proficiency in Data Analysis and Laboratory Skills to carry out experiments and interpret results accurately
- Excellent Communication skills for documenting findings and collaborating with team members
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Basic knowledge of ingredients used in fragrance or personal care products is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field
