Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Research Assistant, based in Mahasi. The Research Assistant will conduct research, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to enhance operational processes and service quality. The role includes supporting laboratory work, collaborating with team members, and utilizing analytical tools to assess and improve key performance metrics for service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Research and Analytical Skills is required for assessing processes and identifying improvements.
- Strong Communication Skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Experience with Data Analysis and Laboratory Skills to gather and interpret data accurately.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with warehousing and fulfillment operations is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Operations Management, Analytics, or a related domain, is preferred.
