We are hiring our first Research & Programme Fellow at Artbeat Educational Foundation.
If you are looking for a comfortable desk job with a predictable routine, this isn’t it.
But if you want your fingerprints on the methodology, documentation, and evidence framework that will scale an early-stage social enterprise to 50+ schools—read on.
At Artbeat, we use music and writing to build a child’s internal capacity for learning (emotional regulation, vocabulary, agency, and social connection) in government schools. Our pilots showed a 90% reduction in dysregulation within just 6 sessions.
Now, as we prepare to launch our 5-context programme this July across Bengaluru and Delhi, we need someone to sit at the absolute center of our growth.
This is a 50/50 role:
- 50% Fieldwork: Visiting schools, building community relationships, and understanding ground realities.
- 50% Rigorous Documentation: Translating classroom observations into spreadsheets, research frameworks, and reports for our advisory board (which includes researchers from NIMHANS and Georgetown University).
Who you are:
- A rare blend of empathy and execution. You thrive in chaotic classrooms just as much as you do in data sheets.
- Fluent in Kannada and English (Hindi is a big plus).
- Based in Bengaluru and ready to travel.
