FYERS is a technology-first brokerage focused on building modern investing and trading experiences for Indian market participants. As part of our broader user education initiatives, we are building structured learning experiences aimed at improving financial understanding, market awareness, and investor confidence for retail users. We are looking for a Capital Markets SME to help shape the educational quality, conceptual clarity, and learning structure of these initiatives. We are looking for someone who combines strong capital markets expertise with the ability to simplify concepts for beginner and intermediate learners. Location: Bangalore Freshers can apply Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO) Qualification: CFA (Preferred) / Strong Capital Markets Knowledge This role goes beyond traditional content review. The ideal candidate should be able to: structure learning journeys simplify complex concepts think from a learner’s perspective validate conceptual accuracy contribute to scalable financial education experiences Requirements Curriculum & Learning Structure Help define and structure beginner-to-intermediate learning pathways Design logical sequencing of concepts across investing and trading topics Ensure educational progression is intuitive and easy to follow Financial Concept Validation Review educational materials for conceptual accuracy Validate scripts, assessments, explanations, and learning frameworks Ensure simplification does not compromise correctness Beginner-Focused Simplification Translate complex financial concepts into practical, relatable explanations Help reduce jargon and improve conceptual accessibility Contribute examples, analogies, and real-world framing approaches Assessment & Learning Quality Design assessment frameworks and concept-check exercises Ensure learning outcomes align with intended user understanding Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with: ▪strategy teams ▪researchers ▪content creators ▪designers ▪production stakeholders Participate in curriculum reviews and educational planning discussions Must Have Strong understanding of Indian capital markets Good knowledge of: ▪ investing ▪ derivatives ▪ retail trading behavior ▪ risk concepts Ability to explain financial concepts clearly and simply Strong communication and structuring skills Ability to think from a beginner learner’s perspective Preferred Experience teaching or mentoring retail investors/traders Experience creating educational programs or structured learning material Familiarity with behavioral finance concepts Experience reviewing or designing assessments <span class="size" style="font-size:12pt; outline:0px; letter-spacing
