Role Description The Research and Development Program Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Patna, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role oversees the planning, design, and execution of R&D initiatives focused on AI-driven and future-ready learning solutions for students. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing programs and projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, conducting market and academic research, and translating findings into new curricula, tools, and platform features. The Program Manager will track progress against milestones, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure that all initiatives meet quality, compliance, and stakeholder requirements. The role also involves evaluating program effectiveness, preparing reports and presentations, and collaborating with leadership to refine the product roadmap and strategy.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Program Management and Project Management skills for planning, executing, and monitoring multiple initiatives.
- Candidates should possess solid Research and Research and Development (R&D) skills to design studies, validate concepts, and develop innovative learning solutions.
- Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess outcomes, and drive evidence-based decisions.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills to work with educators, technologists, and leadership teams.
- Relevant experience in EdTech, education, technology, or AI-focused programs is beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid environment, with strong self-management and organizational skills.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (such as Education, Engineering, Management, Data Science, or related disciplines) is preferred.
