Role Description
The GradPilots Research Program is a 2 month internship with the GradPilots research and product development team , led by alumni of leading global universities, for individuals passionate about higher education, policy research, and global learning pathways.
Research, Data Collection & Knowledge Management
- Conduct structured desk research on global university programs, admissions policies, scholarship frameworks, and international student pathways
- Build and maintain organized databases of institutions, eligibility criteria, and application timelines
- Analyze education policy developments and regulatory frameworks across key study destinations
- Manage and update knowledge repositories, wikis, and internal research documentation
Product Development & Gamified Learning
- Collaborate with the R&D team to design and develop interactive learning experiences for student users
- Contribute to existing projects such as Profile Analyzer, Job market predictor , new age career finder and progress-based learning modules
- Provide structured feedback on product features from a learner's perspective
- Translate research findings into user-facing content and product features
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret and analyze data effectively
- Excellent Communication and Research abilities to convey findings clearly
- Demonstrated interest in higher education, international student mobility, or education policy
- Relevant academic or practical experience in R&D or related fields is beneficial
