Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Research and Development Executive, located in Tarapur. The R&D Executive will oversee the development of new products, conduct experiments, and evaluate raw materials while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize formulations. Other responsibilities include performing maintaining compliance with industry standards, and driving innovations tailored to meet customer requirements in specialty chemical applications.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Research and Development (R&D) and Research Development processes
- Understanding of Organic chemistry and polymer principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of industry standards and quality control processes
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, polymers, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Previous experience in industrial resin, specialty chemicals, or related industries is an advantage
