Role Description The Research and Development Executive will work full time on-site at Advy Biosciences’ facility in Mumbai, India.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Research and Development (R&D) skills, with experience in designing, conducting, and analyzing experimental studies.
- Candidates should possess Molecular biology skills relevant to molecular techniques, clone development, bioconjugation for
- diagnostic applications.
- Candidates should have a solid background in life sciences, biotechnology, biochemistry, or a related discipline; a postgraduate degree (e.g., MSc, MTech, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in laboratory techniques, data analysis (including statistical tools), and scientific documentation following quality and regulatory standards.
- Candidates should have strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Experience in IVD, upstream fermentation development, and scale-up will be considered an advantage.
