Role Description
We are looking for a hands-on R&D Engineer to work on product testing, circuit analysis, and design improvements for electrical and electronic consumer products.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed product testing, validation, and failure analysis
- Analyze and troubleshoot existing circuit designs
- Identify root causes of product failures and suggest corrective actions
- Perform circuit-level debugging and component-level analysis
- Support design improvements and prototype development
- Work on PCB inspection and basic modifications
- Maintain structured test reports and technical documentation
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of LED driver circuits
- Experience with SMPS / power supply design or troubleshooting
- Familiarity with small appliance electronics (e.g., fans, emergency lights, mosquito rackets, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret circuit schematics and PCB layouts
- Hands-on experience with multimeter, soldering, and basic debugging tools
Preferred Experience
- Experience working on LED lighting products (bulbs, battens, drivers) ; Fans
- Exposure to power electronics and low-voltage circuit design
- Experience in failure analysis and product reliability improvement
Requirements
- B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in electronics R&D, product testing, or circuit design
Fresh graduates may apply if they have demonstrated strong hands-on experience through academic or independent projects in circuit design, prototyping, or hardware development.
