Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Research and Development Engineer at our Ankleshwar facility. The R&D Engineer will focus on conducting research, developing new products, improving existing formulations, and supporting product testing. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing analytical tasks, executing R&D projects, collaborating with production teams, and enhancing the quality and efficacy of chemical products through innovative methods.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data and problem-solve effectively
- Experience in Research and Development (R&D), including executing experimental projects
- Proficiency in Testing techniques and methodologies within the chemical industry
- Background in Research and Product Development, with a focus on creating and improving chemical formulations
- Knowledge of cGMP standards and practices is preferred
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Experience in process optimization and scale-up is a plus
