Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Research and Development Engineer, located in Bengaluru. The role involves conducting research to develop innovative solutions in the field of power electronics and power systems, electrical and PCB design. The role involves designing and testing prototypes, and contributing to the development of new products. The R&D Engineer will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify problems, analyze data, and propose technical solutions to improve efficiency and performance across projects.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for solving technical problems and generating innovative solutions
- Hands-on experience in Research and Development (R&D) and prototype testing
- Proficiency in conducting research and applying findings to product development
- Experience with Product Development methodologies and life cycle management
- Proficiency in using engineering tools and software relevant to automation and technical development
- Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-disciplinary teams
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field
- Previous experience in automation systems or a related industry is a plus
