Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Research and Development (R&D) Engineer located in Tamil Nadu, India. The R&D Engineer will be responsible for conducting innovative research, performing product testing, and developing new products and solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the engineer will analyze data, identify trends, and contribute to advancements in technology and engineering specific to the organization's focus. A commitment to problem-solving and excellence will be key in this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret complex data
- Proficient in Research, Testing, and R&D methodologies
- Experience with Product Development processes and techniques
- Strong problem-solving and innovation capabilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar research or engineering role is advantageous
