Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Research and Development Engineer based in South West Delhi. The R&D Engineer will be responsible for conducting in-depth research, developing and testing innovative products, analyzing system performance, and identifying potential inefficiencies. The role entails collaborating with cross-functional teams to design scalable and adaptive solutions that address key challenges in the EV charging ecosystem.

- Strong analytical skills for evaluating system performance and solving complex problems
- Expertise in Research and Development (R&D) and Testing to drive innovation
- Experience in conducting research and applying findings to create effective solutions
- Proficiency in Product Development, with the ability to translate ideas into scalable designs
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Educational background in Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field
- Experience in the EV or renewable energy sector is a plus
