Role Description
The Research and Development Engineer for air conditioners will work on creating innovative cooling solutions, conducting in-depth research, and developing new products that meet market demands. Responsibilities include designing, testing, and improving air conditioning systems and components, as well as providing technical support to other teams. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun, India.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Research, Research and Development (R&D), and Testing processes
- Experience in Product Development with a focus on air conditioners or HVAC systems
- Strong Analytical Skills for solving complex engineering problems and optimizing product performance
- Advanced knowledge of mechanical or electrical engineering principles
- Proficiency in relevant design and simulation software
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience in the air conditioning or HVAC industry is a plus
