Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Research and Development (R&D) Chemist based in Surat. The R&D Chemist will be responsible for conducting research, developing new formulations, testing product effectiveness, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. They will collaborate with the laboratory team to perform hands-on experiments, evaluate performance, and oversee quality control processes to meet industry regulations and client expectations.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Research and Development (R&D) with experience in developing innovative formulations.
- Proficient Laboratory Skills and technical expertise in handling scientific equipment and processes.
- Competence in Analytical Skills and diagnosing chemical compositions, reactions, and stability.
- Experience in Coatings and understanding their application in cosmetic or personal care products.
- Knowledge of Quality Control standards and procedures to ensure product consistency and compliance.
- Detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field required.
- Familiarity with cosmetic regulations and guidelines is a plus.
