Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Research and Development Chemist. Responsibilities include conducting experiments and analyses in a laboratory setting, developing and optimizing formulations, maintaining compliance with quality standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on R&D projects. The candidate will also perform documentation, ensure adherence to safety protocols, and troubleshoot challenges related to coatings, formulations, or other development processes.
Qualifications
- Proven Research and Development (R&D) experience and expertise in formulating innovative solutions.
- Strong analytical skills for problem assessment and critical decision making.
- Proficiency in laboratory skills, including handling equipment and conducting experiments safely.
- Knowledge in coatings and experience or understanding of relevant materials and processes.
- Quality Control expertise to ensure compliance with industry standards and product consistency.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to document findings accurately.
- Experience working in pharmaceutical or chemical industries is an advantage.
