We’re Hiring: Research & Development Chemists (Freshers & Experienced)
At GMK Research Laboratories Pvt. Ltd., we’re expanding our chemistry team and looking for passionate R&D Chemists to work on projects in custom synthesis, medicinal chemistry, impurity synthesis, and process development.
If you enjoy solving complex chemistry problems and want hands-on exposure from milligram to kilogram scale, this role is for you.
What You’ll Work On:
· Multi-step organic synthesis & route scouting
· Custom synthesis & impurity synthesis projects for global clients
· Reaction optimization, troubleshooting & scale-up
· Compound purification & characterization (NMR, HPLC, LC-MS)
Who Can Apply?
Freshers:
M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry
Strong fundamentals + lab project/internship experience
Experienced (1–5+ years):
CRO / Pharma / Chemical R&D background
Hands-on experience in multi-step synthesis & project execution
What We’re Looking For:
Strong understanding of reaction mechanisms
Practical lab skills & problem-solving mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
Good documentation & communication skills
